The auction regulations are posted in the auction room and are also available at the cash register.
2. The bidding number can be obtained against 500 CZK
deposit at the cash register. The deposit will be refunded after all payments are settled.

An auction commission of 15% will be added to the final price. A further 3% will be added to credit card payments.
4. The auction catalogue
entitles one-person free entrance. Attendance is not restricted (except for the cases outlined in the auction regulations), however those with bidding numbers will be given priority.
5. Considering the fact that there is sufficient time to view the objects we cannot accept any
refund claims after the lot has been auctioned.
6. Even though all the lots have been expertly examined, the data in the catalogue cannot be considered as
legally binding. It is understood that the bidder has personally examined the lot(s) during the pre-sale viewing before the auction.

By one's participation in the auction one agrees without reservation with all the auction regulations.
8. The auction house reserves
the right to change the order of the lots, their cancellation or their price adjustment before the beginning of the auction. The auction house also reserves rights to call technical breaks during the auction.

The auctioneer is in charge of the auction and his decision is final. In accepting the hammer price the bidder enters into a buying contract with the auction house.
10. Without a visible raising of the bidding number the offer
cannot be accepted. Priority is given to bidders physically present to those bidding by proxy.

In compliance with
Law 26/2000, lots with a calling price in excess of 1,000,000 CZK will be auctioned separately in a so-called
'independent auction' on the same day.
12. The same law 26/2000 also requires that bidders be identified. We therefore request that persons wishing to bid complete and return a registration form available at the cash register. To avoid this in future, we can provide wallet-size
customer cards for use at all AAA auctions.
